Regionals Recap

For our final day in San Antonio we hung around for Regionals, which followed Leadership. Regionals are very different from Leadership but still very fun. Typically they are smaller, shorter a little less pampering but still a ton of stampin and fun!

Shelli started off the day with a welcome greeting and a little stampin of her own.
There were lots of on-stage demonstrations, which I love.

Here is Carrie Cudney, Shannon West and Donna Griffith, doing some projects and a little stampin' banter. They were pretty funny. Shannon even accidentally offended Donna's artwork. ACK-WARD, but still got a chuckle out of us.

More pretty demos.

Then it was time for lunch. Then off to more make and takes and displays. These boards are being assembled by Shannon as we speak with all of the swap cards that attendees had turned in.

I thought this was really pretty. It is a take-off on the Holiday keepsake box made into a Valentine version.

At one point during my morning session I was pulled out to do a little promotional video shoot for SU. Here I am with my interviewer (aka Mr Speedy Delivery from Scott's Mr Rogers parody.)

This was terrifying to me! I was a nervous wreck. With a camera right in my face and a huge bright light shinning on me I am sure I was sweating like crazy. I was just relieved when it was over!.......it was a little bit fun, though;)

Then it was off to demo booths. These were really great. This booth, I didn't get the demos name, but I loved these little tea and cookie holders she was making. I made a bunch of these for my downlines as thank yous (for sending me to Leadership and especially Manager's Reception) at my Leadership Recap party. I will show you more pictures of these soon. They were super easy to make and very cute!

Here is another Technique Booth. Loved this one too. In fact, we will be doing this exact technique at this weeks class!

Now sadly, the rest of the Regional attendees headed back for main stage at this point and I don't know what happened from there. We had to cut out a bit early to catch our flight back home. I am sure it was amazing, though. Sad I missed it. Sad to leave San Antionio after such an amazing week. But at this point I am exhausted and ready to head home to SQUEEEZE my family!

Thanks for stopping by, see you tomorrow!

  1. Niki i am the lady that did the cookie and tea holders. I called it tea for two and it is my own design I also have a nice gable box made from the same pattern just cut into different spots and don't cut off anything. The tutorial is on my blog for free.
